Spiritual leader and astrologer Shri Anirudhacharya Ji Maharaj whose real name is Anil, is popular for his affectionate talks on a variety of topics. Recently seen in a unique cooking show ‘Laughter Chef’. Aniruddhacharya often speaks about food and eating habits. Popularly known for his unique style of storytelling, he regularly speaks on Krishna bhakti and has a way of bridging the gap between traditions and modernity. He speaks with such wittiness that most of his videos go viral and this is why, even the Gen Z loves him!

Well, one of his reels has recently gone viral, where he speaks about the roti consumption. As per his viral, “If a person has a habit of consuming 4 chapatis, then he should only consume 2 chapatis at that time. And if he feels hungry, then those 2 chapatis should be consumed after another 2-3 hours.”

To understand this in a more clear approach, Aniruddhacharya is trying to explain that instead of eating large meals, one should consume food every 2-3 hours depending on the hunger. He also explained in one of his other ‘viral’ reels that “One should never eat to fill his stomach. If a person is hungry, then make sure to fill 80% of the hunger and let the 20% stomach be empty.”

Further explaining, he says in the video that in our country, we focus on consuming more roti or rice instead of dals/sabji. It is important to lower the amount of rice/roti and focus more on Dal and Sabji. He shared, “If a person consumes 3 chapatis with a small bowl of dal and sabji, then that person should consume 2 bowls of dal, 1 bowl of sabji and 2 chapatis to fill their stomach. This is because, dal contains more protein than any other food and our body required more protein to keep it healthy.”

Aniruddhacharya also shared in the same video that, one should avoid consuming roti made of wheat flour. He shared that while kneading the dough, mix some barley flour and gram flour along with some other healthy flours. The chapati made with such a dough will provide more nutrition to the body than any other one.

He keeps on sharing such stuff on his social media, which keeps people engaged. If you also like such content, you can read about them here in this space.
