The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI ) has officially released the exam schedule for the CS December 2025 session. The exams will be held from December 22 to December 29, 2025, across multiple exam centers in India and abroad, including Dubai. This announcement is crucial for candidates preparing for the Executive and Professional programmes, as it provides clarity on registration timelines, fee structure, and modification options. The registration process will begin on August 26, 2025, and the last date for submission without a late fee is September 25, 2025. Candidates will also have the option to apply with a late fee till October 10, 2025. The exams will be conducted in both English and Hindi mediums.
