A tragic shooting at Joppatowne High School claimed the life of 15-year-old Warren Curtis Grant on Friday, according to Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler. After being shot by a classmate in the school restroom, Edgewood student Grant passed away from his wounds in the hospital. Around 12:36 p.m., there was a gunshot event that prompted demands for an active shooter response. Authorities subsequently stated, nevertheless, that there was no active shooter scenario at hand. The sheriff claimed that following an argument in the restroom, a 16-year-old student who was starting his first day at Joppatowne High, shot Grant. The person was hit by what seemed to be a single gunshot, according to the sheriff.After arriving on the site promptly, emergency personnel evacuated the school.
