Utter chaos and confusion prevailed at the prerelease event of NTR’s upcoming film Devara in Hyderabad on Saturday evening leading to the cancellation. Fans of NTR have turned out in large number – more than the capacity crowd – compelling the organisers to cancel the event due to security reasons. Later, NTR, in a video statement, expressed anguish over the unfortunate incident, but assured that everyone’s going to meet on September 27 – release date.
Cancellation Is Very Disappointing And DisturbingIn a video statement, NTR said that the cancellation of the pre-release event of Devara is very disappointing and disturbing, particularly for him as everyone know. “I'd love to meet and spend time with you all (fans) whenever there's an opportunity. We were all excited for the event as we wanted to share our experience of working for the film and the challenges, we have gone through in the process of making the film. But due to security reasons the event has been cancelled. Once again, I reinstate that I am feeling extremely saddened. However, I also feel that blaming the organisers and Devara producers for this incident is wrong.” Ever grateful To Your Love And AffectionNTR further added, “Firstly, I am ever grateful to the love and affection you are showing. We might have not met today but we all are going to meet on September 27 and witness Devara. I always tell that you should always feel proud to see my films and the happiness I get out of that is beyond words. I am hoping that's what will happen on September 27. Koratala Siva has put in great efforts and made a beautiful film. I hope you all bless us.”We regret being in this situation but are forever grateful to our beloved Man of Masses NTR’s fans. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
