Ragi Soya Masala Dosa Recipe

Prepared with a blend of simple ingredients, follow these easy steps and enjoy your breakfast. Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ragi millet flour
  • 1/2 cup soya flour
  • 1 cup whisked curd
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Oil as required
  • 1 packet eno powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
MethodStep 1: Start by grinding the soya chunks into a fine mixture for the dosa batter. In a large mixing bowl, start by combining all the flours including soya flour, gram flour, ragi flour and rice flour.Step 2: Add salt and mix everything well. Stir curd, green chillies and grated ginger along with a cup of water to prepare a smooth paste.Step 3: Next, prepare the tempering by heating oil in a pan and adding mustard seeds, cumin seeds and green chillies. Pour the tempering mixture over the dosa batter.Step 4: Sprinkle a packet of eno and mix lightly with your hands. Allow the batter to rise for about 2 minutes and heat the ghee in a dosa pan. Pour a ladleful of ragi soya batter and cook evenly from both sides.Step 5: Top the dosa with podi masala, crispy potato mixture, coriander and finely chopped onion for a flavourful taste. Serve hot and enjoy.
