The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday filed the first chargesheet in the Bihar NEET-UG paper leak case. The chargesheet was filed against 13 accused in the case. So far 40 people have been arrested in connection with the matter.The accused whose names are mentioned in the chargesheet are - Nitish Kumar, Amit Anand, Sikander Yadvendu, Ashutos kumar 1, Ashutosh Kumar 2, Manish Kumar, Akhilesh Kumar, Anurag Yadav, Avdesh Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, Shivnand Kumar and Ayush Raj. All of them are from Bihar.As per the CBI, it used artificial intelligence in the investigation. The case was initially registered at Shastri Nagar Police Station in Patna on May 5 this year and later transferred to the federal probe agency on June 23. "CBI has utilized advanced Forensic Techniques, Artificial Intelligence Technology, CCTV footage, Tower location analysis, etc. to gather evidence against the accused," the probe agency said in its statement.Out of the 40 accused arrested in the case, 15 were taken into custody by the Bihar Police. The probe agency had conducted searches at 58 locations.
