Prince Harry 'frustrated' in NYC and wants to get things moving' - expert

Prince Harry made one telling move that showed he is "frustrated and wants to get things moving", a body language expert has claimed.

The 40-year-old is currently in New York City and has already made various appearances including at the Clinton Foundation summit earlier today.

Harry, who is there without Meghan Markle, appeared on stage at the summit - and even gave a "passionate" speech to the audience.

According to body language expert Darren Stanton, Harry appeared "frustrated" and eager to "get things moving".

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Live Casino, the expert said: "With Prince Harry, we see him shift from happy-go-lucky Harry to a much more passionate and determined version when he's speaking to the delegates. We see a very dramatic shift from when Harry is mingling with guests to when he's on stage speaking about something he is deeply passionate about."

He added: "Clear signs from Harry which show this are gestures offering a definite level of contact with the audience.

"He stares out towards the audience and makes consistent eye contact with those looking at him, which again tells them is deeply passionate and committed to making this project a massive success helping lots of people who otherwise would have struggled. Facially we are seeing a very focused and determined set of facial expressions, with the eyes coming together and lips pierced.

"This could be a combination of frustration and willingness to want things to get moving as quickly as possible. He has a real determination in his facial expression as he looks out into the audience, a very fixed eye gaze, and we see him get quite red in his cheeks when he speaks about things he is passionate about."

The expert also shared that Harry did, however, appear "super relaxed". He added: "He seems really relaxed in terms of his posture. His shoulders are down, which shows he is breathing normally. He is focused purely on the event he is attending, and each of the people there. He makes people feel there is nobody else there, he's not distracted or thinking about other things. There's lots of genuine smiles, he's quite animated here and pivots with his feet.

"He's quite energetic and feeling quite good and confident in his surroundings. He darts around and his movement isn't laboured. He wants to make an effort to speak to everyone. His whole face is engaged, we're not seeing any fake smiles. He's genuinely happy to be in the environment."

Prince Harry is returning to the UK next week to attend the Wellchild Awards in London on September 30.

On Monday - September 23 - Harry appeared at New York's Concordia Summit. During his appearance, he spoke movingly about the Diana Award alongside CEO Dr Tessy Ojo.
