F1 NEWS: Max Verstappen could make surprise move as Red Bull trigger contract clause

The dust is still settling on the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, which will go down as one of the most entertaining races of the season. Oscar Piastri took the chequered flag, with McLaren making huge strides and Red Bull not even appearing on the podium.

Sergio Perez was just moments away from a potential top-three finish but was involved in a last-lap tangle with Carlos Sainz. The two drivers took each other out while battling for position, with the stewards later deeming it a racing incident.

Their crash allowed George Russell to sneak onto the podium for Mercedes, while Lewis Hamilton came home in ninth after starting the race from the pit lane.
