Andrew Garfield's favourite TV show with 94% Rotten Tomatoes rating - and you can binge it

Actor has passionately opened up on his favourite ever TV show - and it seems many fans agree with it having a 94% Rotten Tomatoes rating. The 41-year-old Hollywood star shared that was his "obsession", and other people can tune in too with the whole series being available to watch on Netflix.

In a previous interview, from 2021, the star admitted: "Cobra Kai became an obsession." He continued: "I've had to put it on the shelf because you have not given us season four yet." The interviewers then surprised him with some clips from the stars of the popular Netflix show, in what Garfield described to be "one of the best moments of my life".

He became emotional as he said: "I can't handle it!" The actor continued: "It feels like Christmas in my body!"

Cobra Kai is now into its sixth series. The martial arts based comedy drama serves as a sequel to the first three The Karate Kid films created by Robert Mark Kamen, with Ralph Macchio and William Zabka reprising their respective roles as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence from the film series.

It follows Johnny Lawrence on 34 years after being defeated by Daniel LaRusso in the 1984 All-Valley Karate Tournament at the end of The Karate Kid, having fallen far from his former wealthy lifestyle. In contrast, Daniel is now the owner of a successful car dealership and is married to co-owner Amanda.

But Daniel faces some darkness too as his friend and mentor, Mr. Miyagi, died prior to the series' beginning. After using karate to defend his teenage neighbor Miguel Diaz from a group of bullies, Johnny agrees to teach Miguel the way of the fist and re-opens Cobra Kai.

The reopening of Cobra Kai rekindles Johnny's old rivalry with Daniel, who subsequently responds by opening the Miyagi-do dojo, leading to a dramatic rivalry.

It was previously announced that series six would be the final installment of 's fan favourite, as it dropped in July of last year. Less than a week after the release, the new instalment racked up a whopping 14.8 million views.
