Getting a chance to apply for these posts in GPSC

There is a great opportunity for candidates looking for jobs in the field of engineering. Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has released recruitment for Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) posts. Today, 03 October 2024, is the last date to apply. After this the application process will be closed and candidates will not get a second chance. Therefore, candidates who are eligible for this vacancy should apply as soon as possible.

Age Limit

Candidates applying for this recruitment should be between 21 to 35 years of age as on 3rd October 2024. However, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per government rules.

Date of Exam

The tentative date of the preliminary examination under GPSC Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2025 can be 1 January 2025. The result of the examination is likely to be declared in April 2025. After this, the tentative date of interview can be kept in June 2025. The final result will be released within 10 working days after the completion of the interview.

Application Fee

General (unreserved) category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100 to apply. Reserved category, EWS of Gujarat state, ex-servicemen, and PWD category candidates will not have to pay any application fee. Reserved category candidates from other states will have to pay an application fee, full details of which are given in the official notification.
