Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has hit back at BJP by posting on the social media handle X. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had recently targeted Congress by posting on X and said that Congress's promises are false. Now Rahul Gandhi has hit back on this.

Rahul Gandhi said, that in July 2022, Prime Minister Modi misled the country by calling the public welfare schemes of the Congress as 'free revdi'. Yet he is campaigning in the country and in every state by pasting his slip on the guarantees of the Congress and then making fabricated allegations against the Congress for not fulfilling its promises.

PM Modi had targeted Congress in Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and Telangana. Regarding this, Rahul Gandhi said, Modiji, our challenge is, come to Karnataka, roam around and see, investigate – we have fulfilled every promise. Congress's schemes in Karnataka have changed the fate of crores of women, youth, farmers and poor. He also said, we have fulfilled promises in Telangana and Himachal as well.

Rahul Gandhi further said about Maharashtra elections, now India is going to bring big changes in Maharashtra also with its 5 guarantees:

  • Mahalakshmi: ₹3,000/month and free bus service to women
  • Samanathechi Hami: Caste census and end of 50% cap on reservation
  • Kutumb Raksha: Health insurance up to ₹25 lakh and free medicine
  • Krishi Samriddhi: Agricultural loan up to ₹3 lakh waived, ₹50,000 incentive on regular repayment
  • Yuvakana Shabd: Help of ₹4,000/month to unemployed youth

Attacking the BJP, Rahul Gandhi said, these schemes will give people the strength to fight the inflation and unemployment caused by the BJP, their standard of living will improve, their access to good education and nutrition will increase. I am saying this with so much confidence because it is tried and tested. Giving the example of Karnataka, the Congress leader said, today 1.21 crore women in Karnataka are benefiting from the Congress's Mahalakshmi scheme.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked the Congress party on his social media handle X on November 1 and wrote, Congress party is realizing that it is easy to make false promises, but it is difficult or impossible to implement them properly. They keep making promises to the people during the election campaign, but they know that they will never be able to fulfill them.

Now they have been completely exposed in front of the people. Also, PM Modi had said that instead of caring about development, the Congress party in Karnataka is busy in internal politics and looting. Not only this, they are also going to withdraw the existing schemes.
