A model has opened up about her unusual secret – she gets in her bum.
Janaína Prazeres, who has more than 600,000 followers on , has revealed that she shells out a staggering £9,200 ($12,000) a month on what she terms her "bum bum care routine".
The 35-year-old from Brazil said: "The technique involves applying the sperm through micro-needling, which promises to firm and rejuvenate the skin. But I don’t undergo this procedure occasionally like most people. For me, it’s a daily ritual. There are no breaks."
Salmon sperm injections, also known as polynucleotide treatments, are a skin treatment that involve injecting the purified, filtered, and sterilised DNA extract from salmon sperm into the skin. It is claimed that the procedure increases collagen and keratinocyte production, which makes the skin thicker, healthier, and more hydrated. It also supposedly helps acne, pigmentation, red veins, rosacea, and inflammation.

Janaína said: "I think even before I was titled the ’s perfect woman by Playboy, I already took care of that part. But knowing I can use salmon sperm to make it even better is exciting." However, the model confessed that her intense self-care routine has been problematic in romantic relationships.
She revealed: "I take hours to get ready. Once, a date waited for about two hours, which to me is reasonable. But he sent me a message saying it was unacceptable." But for now, she plans to continue to use the salmon sperm injections and attend daily appointments.
Janaína was previously voted ‘the perfect woman’ by Playboy, and believes this title scares off potential suitors. She said: "Men judge you just for being beautiful. It’s like you can’t be both intelligent and beautiful. You have to be one or the other."
