Kriti Sanon Buys ₹78.2 Crore Luxury Duplex In Bandra's Supreme Prana Project

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon, along with Geeta Sanon, has purchased a luxury duplex apartment in the under-construction Supreme Prana project on Pali Mala Road, Bandra West, for Rs 78.20 crore. The property was acquired from developer Supreme Ventures LLP.

The duplex spans the 14th and 15th floors, offering a total RERA carpet area of 5,387 sq ft, complemented by 1,250 sq ft of open balconies and a 1,210 sq ft terrace on the upper floor.

According to registration records accessed by Zapkey, the buyers paid Rs 3.91 crore in stamp duty, availing a 1% rebate under the Maharashtra government’s concession for women homebuyers. The project is registered with MahaRERA and is slated for completion by April 30, 2028.
