Ingredients

Corn kernels – 2 bowls

Onion – 1

Gram flour – 1 bowl

Tomato – 1

Capsicum – 1

Cabbage, finely chopped – 1 bowl.

Chopped green chillies – 1 tsp

Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp.

Garlic-ginger paste – 1 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

Turmeric – 1 tsp

Ajwain – 1 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Oil – as per requirement

Salt – as per taste

Method – First of all, take corn with soft grains. Now, remove the kernels from the corn and put them in the mixer and grind them coarsely.

- Now take out this corn paste in a mixing bowl and add gram flour to it and mix well.

- After this, finely chop cabbage, onion, tomato, and capsicum. Keep aside a few chopped vegetables and add all the rest to the corn-gram flour mixture and mix properly.

- Now add all the spices, including ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, red chilli, and finally mix salt.

- Now, add some water to the mixture and prepare the paste of the chilla. Take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame.

- After the pan is heated, spread some oil on it. Now take the paste of the chilla in a bowl and put it in the pan and spread it.

- After some time, add chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum pieces on top of the chilla and do the topping.

- After this, turn the chilla and fry it from both sides till it becomes light golden. Take them out in a plate. Similarly, prepare all the corn chillas with the paste.
