What are Prince William & Kate's plans?
During their visit, Prince William and Kate Middleton will be meeting the rural communities and celebrating their crafting and farming professions. Their journey will begin from the Isle of Mull with their first day starting in Tobermory. They are also set to visit the local town hall and producer's market where they will be meeting the craftspeople and sampling some local food.
The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay will also be launching a partnership between their Royal Foundation and the local area to support two community spaces on Mull.
On April 30th, the couple will be spending time with the Countryside Rangers from Mull and Iona Ranger Service. They will also be joining school children to learn more about the ancient Atlantic rainforest, considered to be Scotland's most precious habitat. William and Kate will be enjoying some outdoor activities at the Ardura Acorns, which is one of the only early-years outdoor learning play groups.
Along with marking celebrations for their anniversary, the trip will also mark Kate's second official outing after remission from cancer. William and Kate had previously skipped the royal easter celebrations to enjoy more familial celebrations with their children before they resumed school.
