After exposing Salman Khan in multiple interviews, director Abhinav Kashyap has now attacked Aamir Khan and called him a manipulator and a ‘Chalaak Lomdi’ of the film industry.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Thikana, Abhinav Kashyap said, “He's the most cunning fox. He's even shorter than Salman. But what a manipulative man he is, and the most clever thief. I mean, the story about Amol Gupta (Amol Gupte). I probably told you last time that he started the trend of dominating and manipulating directors, and his associates followed suit. Aamir Khan does just that. He finds weaknesses by seducing important people, throwing parties, indulging in debauchery, drinking alcohol, and feeding them food. He takes 25 takes of something; his first and last takes are the same. He doesn’t understand acting, and there’s not even that much difference in his performance.”

The Dabangg director went on to claim that Aamir Khan tends to ‘drain out’ his collaborators by being overly involved in every stage of the filmmaking process; right from shooting and scripting to post-production and editing. Abhinav further remarked that the actor is ‘extremely particular’ about details, describing him as being almost ‘obsessive’ or “anal” when it comes to achieving perfection.
About Aamir’s manipulation skills, Abhinav said, “He’s manipulated me a lot in his ad films and works through very powerful people. He’s trapped some of the industry’s most prominent intellectuals, including Prasoon Joshi and Rakesh Omprakash Mehra. I respect them a lot, but I don’t know what hold he has over them.”

Abhinav’s comments come in the wake of his ongoing rift with Salman Khan and the Dabangg franchise, once again putting the spotlight on his turbulent ties within Bollywood. His candid statements have sparked mixed reactions and while some appreciate his honesty and see it as exposing uncomfortable truths about the industry, others believe it’s simply a continuation of his long-standing disputes with major film personalities.
