Ladli Behna Yojana: To promote women empowerment in the country, the central government, as well as the governments of different states are also cooperating a lot. Schemes are being brought by the governments especially for women. In the year 2023, the then Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan started the Ladli Behna Yojana for the women of the state. Under this scheme, women were given Rs 1000 every month.
After the BJP government was formed again in Madhya Pradesh, the new Chief Minister Mohan Yadav increased this amount to Rs 1250. A total of 23 installments have been sent under the scheme so far. Now the women taking benefit are waiting for the 24th installment. Which is going to be released soon. Before the 24th installment comes, the names of these women have been removed from the beneficiary list of the scheme. Know the reason for this.
The next installment will be released on May 15
1.27 crore women in Madhya Pradesh are being benefited under the Ladli Bahana Yojana. All these women taking benefit in this scheme are waiting for the 24th installment of the scheme. Let us tell you that Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav himself will address the program in Sidhi district on May 15 and release the 24th installment of the scheme.
This information has been given from the official X handle of the Chief Minister himself. Let us tell you that in the Ladli Bahana Yojana, the installment was released by the 10th of the first month. But from the new financial year, the time of release of the installment has been changed. Now it is released around the 15th instead of 10th.
Names of these women have been removed
Some eligibility has been fixed by the government for the benefit in the Ladli Bahana Yojana. Only women who fulfill those eligibility criteria are given benefits. According to the rules laid down in the scheme, only women between the ages of 21 and 60 are eligible for benefits. Many women taking benefits under the Ladli Behna Yojana have crossed the age of 60. Due to this, the names of these women have been removed from the beneficiary list of the scheme. That means now these women will not be given installment money every month.
