Several are dead and more injured during celebrations after a in Mississippi.
Local sheriffs in Holmes County, Mississippi, said a number of people were celebrating several hours after the Holmes County Consolidated School's homecoming celebration, when a disagreement broke out. Moments later, as number of gun shots were fired into the crowd.
Three people were killed and another eight injured in the tragedy. Hundreds of people are said to have joined the celebrations at the time of the tragedy, which took place around five miles outside Lexington, Mississippi, hours after the end of the match.

Holmes County Sheriff Willie March deputies were first called at 12:30am. He told the publication: "The football team had won the homecoming game and people wanted to go out and celebrate the win, but others didn’t have the same intention."
He added: "It was chaos, to tell you the truth. The shooting just started and people started running.
“It’s hard to see what they are fighting over. I don’t think they are fighting over turf or drugs.
"These are young men walking around with weapons. I wish I had an answer.”
He added disagreements often end with shootings by young men, describing it as a an off and on" problem. The three victims were identified as March identified the three victims as Shundra Chestnut and John Jenkins, both 19, and 25-year-old Martel Gibson. The conditions of other youngsters injured is currently unknown.
To find out how many shot were fired at the scene, deputies were tasked with picking up empty shell casings found on the ground.
