'Kate Middleton's Remembrance Day return will be appreciated by those serving in our Armed Forces'

This weekend to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to pay our respects to former and serving service­­men and women.

The presence of the , who is still recovering from cancer, is a mark of respect for this key moment in our calendar. Kate will attend both the Remembrance service at the Cenotaph and the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall.

It is hoped this resumption of her royal duties is a sign she is continuing to make good progress after what her husband, Prince William, has described as a “dreadful year”. Her presence at the remembrance events will be appreciated by those who serve in our Armed Forces and underlines how important it is we never forget those who gave their lives so we can live in peace.
