As Khaled was given a party to celebrate his title, Lily and Ali questioned how authentic he was being and called him "fake".
Lily began the discussion by expressing: "I think Khaled is fake," as Ali agreed, adding: "I think Khaled is fake as well.
"He's worried about being perceived in a certain way, he doesn't feel terrible, he just wants to look like he feels terrible," she told her fellow housemates.
This came as Khaled tried to check on the housemates who were not allowed to attend his party with Ali quipping: "It's just a ten minute party in a fake house."
She later decided to speak directly to Khaled as she told him: "I think you're a nice boy, but I find, sometimes the interactions, I find false and I find that very, very difficult because then I don't want to engage with it because I don't want to play into it.
"I don't want to be fake with you and I don't want to be like, shaking your hand and hugging you when inside I'm thinking, 'I just don't buy it'.
But the arguments didn't end there, the heat was turned up further after Khaled, as Head of House, was given a special power following the first round of nominations. He ultimately chose to add a killer nomination, putting Martha in danger of eviction along with Ali, Lily and Daze.

She says: "I take responsibility for the insult, it wasn't as funny as I thought it was," she said, before telling him: "I am leaving. I'm sorry things have snowballed. I'm not staying. Not a chance."
She then went into the bedroom, where she told Lily and Daze: "I'm going, I don't want to be here anymore. Don't tell the others but I don't want to be here anymore so I'm done."
Fans of the show were suddenly concerned that a housemate had walked out ahead of this week's evictions but host told the studio audience on Monday: "I can confirm that Ali is still in the house for now."
Big Brother and have not confirmed that any housemate has decided to leave the house at the time of writing.
