fans had the same complaint after attending his gig in .
Most of the revellers at the Bank Arena in the city were overjoyed to see the 83-year-old music legend perform his Rough and Rowdy Ways material earlier this month. Some said they even left "in tears" having witnessed the entertainment icon dazzle the 11,000-strong crowd.

One user writing to Bob Dylan on /X revealed: "Why no lighting at Liverpool?? Most disappointing gig in more than 50 years. Came to see the legendary Bob Dylan but never saw him!" Didn’t mind having my phone locked away but the stage lighting was so dark you could barely make anyone out. Music was good though so guess that’s the main thing."
But after praising the gig, the same Twitter user revealed a man in front of them spent the whole gig "scrolling during the concert". One choked-up user who attended the gig wrote: "Bob Dylan in Liverpool was amazing and beautiful. Why am I in my hotel room crying about seeing an 83-year-old play a harmonica. God damn." Another replied oozing the same enthusiasm, adding: "I welled up at a few points in it, genuinely unbelievable vocals from a man his age."
